Goldspan Health ("Goldspan," "we," "us") operates a platform that connects customers with an independent medical group and licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies. By using our website you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not medical advice

The content on this site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed clinician can prescribe therapy after reviewing your intake.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Goldspan. Some therapies are unavailable in certain states or based on medical history.

4. Prescriptions and pharmacy

All therapies are dispensed by a pharmacy licensed under U.S. FDA §503A or §503B. Whether a prescription is issued is at the sole discretion of the treating clinician.

5. Payments

Charges are billed at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or transfer any medication dispensed to you, and not to misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldspan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
