• Medical intake responses and any lab results you share.

How we use it

We use your information to route your intake to a licensed clinician, arrange dispensing through a partner 503A or 503B pharmacy, provide support, and improve the platform. Protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA.

Sharing

We share information with the treating clinician, the partner pharmacy, and vetted service providers (payment, shipping, analytics) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep records for as long as required by applicable law and professional record-keeping rules.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@goldspanhealth.com. Some records must be retained for regulatory reasons.
